25th September 2009, Manikonda
HYSEA organized the 3rd phase of its Tree Plantation drive on 25th September at Manikonda in front of Q-city, with the plantation of over 150 saplings on the stretch. The initiative has been driven in association with APIIC on the occasion of its 37th Foundation Day. Mr. B. P. Acharya, IAS, Chairman & Managing Director, APIIC participated in the drive as the chief guest with Mr. P. Raghuveer, IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests and Mr. Pardhasaradhi Rao, Advisor in the role of Chief Engineer, APIIC, as the guests of honour. Also present on the occasion were Mr. Narsimha Rao President HYSEA, Mr. Sanjeev Jain, Head of HYSEA CSR Forum and Brig. Harikumar, Executive Director, HYSEA.
During the HYSEA Go Green Drive, Mr. BP Acharya, Chairman & MD APIIC planted saplings in Gachibowli area
Mr. B. P. Acharya, IAS, Chairman & Managing Director, APIIC, commended the effort of the association in taking up this important environmental issue and assured the extended the support of APIIC in the initiative by HYSEA.
Sanjeev Jain, HYSEA CSR Forum Lead, thanked all the member companies, employees, active volunteers and appreciated sponsorship from the member companies, namely Progress Software, SumTotalSystems, Invensys Development Centre, Polaris, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and GE. He also thanked Urban Forestry Department, GHMC for their partnership in helping with supply of tree saplings.
